Am I the only one that feels overwhelmed with all the Mom Network Groups available to us? Which ones are the most beneficial to what I am interested in? Who has the least amount of spam? Heck I don't know!

I am a member of several different Mom Networks at the moment but find it so hard trying to keep up with them all and remain interested (I won't stick around for any bs or drama mamas). I do work all week with only the weekends off and have three children and I'm married so most of my time is already spoken for and let's not forget that I have taken on a therapeutic hobby, blogging! Also, I love to try to read all the blogs I currently follow and find more interesting ones as I go along.

I guess what I am trying to figure out is really how do some of these other magnificent mothers are able to find the time and energy to efficiently belong to so many mommy networking groups?
As I join I am trying to weed through attempting to find what is right for me. So far I can tell you that I really like Mom Bloggers Club and Twitter is fun. I have dropped a few other Mom Network Groups recently but I will not mention the names because they just weren't right for me so I won't taint anyone else's opinion it's just not what I do.
I agree. THere are SO many great mom blogs out there, forums, communities, its hard to be connected to all of them. You just have to pick n' choose I guess!!
ReplyDeleteI agree...There are a million out there and I feel like you should stick to the ones where you are actually making some real connections with people, those that you share the same interests with. When you stop having fun, it's time to move on! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to know I'm not alone with my thoughts on this topic.
ReplyDeleteI think it's so great that women are taking the internet world by storm! We as women love to talk and some love to write and read so blogging and networking is perfect for us.
With so many talented women in this beautiful world our limits are endless.
About 9 years ago I joined some Mom Networks and you really have to weed through a bunch of bad ones to find the great ones. But, they are time consuming and that can be difficult. I love that blogging is now available because I don't feel pressured, there's no petty drama (well, not that I've experienced) and I've made some incredible friends.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to decide which ones are worthwhile. Thanks for coming by on my special SITS feature day.
